Originally from Oahu, HI, now based in Jacksonville, FL, Jamey jumped into entrepreneurship in January 2022 to work full time with his wife Janessa in the content marketing space.
This endeavor evolved into content creation for thousands of brands and a social media management company.
They met April Juliano at a meetup and began diving into real estate as well, where
Jamey leaped forward as a Transactional Lender for wholesalers, flippers, and investors now having transacted 100+ deals in only the past few years.
April Juliano is located in Jacksonville FL where over the past 5 years she has grown a small wholesale operation into a successful real estate investing business, including flipping, short term rentals, long term rentals and co living homes.
April primarily focuses on marketing and acquiring properties where she has done over 75 flips and owns over 20 doors.
Business aside, she comes home every day to her 4 young children 8, 6, 4 and 9 months and will always say her first job, hardest job, and favorite job is being a mom.

How frequent are these events?
We have been hosting meetups consistently every month now for over 3 years! We would be happy to add you to the family!
How often will I be notified about upcoming events?
We have no intention of spamming your email and phone. We send out one text and email per meetup with a flyer for you to share with others in your network.
